Green Bay Packers VS Baltimore Ravens | Packers Monday Night Football Match up

On December 7th, it will be the Green Bay Packers vs Baltimore Ravens on Monday Night Football. The Packers have not played the Baltimore Ravens since the 2005 season when the Packers travelled to Baltimore for a Monday night game in December. During this game, the Ravens destroyed the Packers 48-3 with the Packers scoring just one field goal in the first quarter. Ouch. It’s almost too painful to think about. This was also the season the Packers went 4-12, the worst finish since 1991 when they also went 4-12. I shudder just thinking about it.
I like to think this year’s match up will have a better outcome than 2005’s. Currently both the Packers and the Ravens are 4-3. Both teams destroyed the Cleveland Browns by virtually the same amount of points, the Ravens won 34-3 and the Packers won 31-3. Both the Ravens and the Packers lost to the Vikings; the Ravens lost in the last minutes of their game with Minnesota thanks to a missed field goal. This year, the Ravens gave the once undefeated Bronco’s their first loss while the Packers handed the Bears their first loss of the season and are looking to keep the Tampa Bay Buccaneers winless this Sunday.
This December 7th game will be a key match up for both teams who are facing close rankings in their respective divisions. Both teams will no doubt need a win from this game. However, the Packers have the home field advantage for this game and the support of the best fans in the league.

Packers VS Vikings at Lambeau Field, Favre Returns to Green Bay

It's Packers VS Vikings, 3pm, Lambeau Field in Green Bay. It's also Aaron Rodgers VS Brett Favre, supported by a cast of veteran players such as Rod Woodson, Mark Tauscher, and Donald Driver. On the Vikings side, we have Adrian Peterson, and a quick defense.

The weather for Lambeau Field might be a mix of rain and show showers, with temps in the 30's. As darkness falls on Lambeau Field, we will see if the Packers are tied with the Vikings or two games behind the Purple force.

Green Bay and Lambeau Field prepares for Brett Favre

I hear the mayor of Green Bay, and the Packers are looking for ways to welcome back our old pal Brett Favre. One suggestion is to make the world’s largest number 4 waffle. Or a video compilation of Brett’s best interceptions that could be shown before the game. Better start tailgating now if you want to get in on the action of this wondrous occasion.

Green Bay Packers Roster Now Includes Ahman Green

Ahman Green is back on the Green Bay Packers roster, and ready to party on the offensive line! He’s no stranger to the Packers system after having spent seven seasons with us! Green was recently released from the Houston Texans due to what they deemed a season ending knee injury. However, Green didn’t think his injury was a big deal. That’s the spirit! Green’s primary role will be to provide relief for Ryan Grant. He will do that while wearing number 34 instead of his usual number 30. Kuhn wears 30, but maybe they will work out a deal. Hey Green, if you’re not satisfied with number 34, I hear number 4 is still available.

Green probably won’t play this weekend as the Packers face the Cleveland Browns in Cleveland. When he does eventually play, he will undoubtedly go after Jim Taylor’s all time rushing record as he is only 46 yards short of the record.

Speaking of players coming out of retirement, Brett Favre and his Vikings will be at Lambeau next weekend. This will be Brett’s first time back at Lambeau since he left the Packers. This game will be epic, I can feel it. Will the Packers avenge their earlier loss to the Vikings? How will diehard Packers react to the former king of Lambeau?

Packers VS Lions | Best Lambeau Sections

Fresh off their bye week, the Green Bay Packers team will face the Lions this week at Lambeau Field. This should be a great game, especially since the Packers have had time to clean up their offensive line. While I do feel for Detroit and its Lions, they don’t need a win on our turf.

Speaking of our turf, isn’t it refreshing to know that when you go to a game at Lambeau, there is not a bad seat in the house?! Whether you’re on the benches, in the club seats, in a skybox, or watching from your friend’s TV in the parking lot, you are guaranteed to see a great game and have a great time. If you are lucky enough to sit in the Lambeau Leap zone, you might even find yourself catching players and offering them your own personal greeting.

Wherever you sit at Lambeau Field for this Sunday’s matchup against the Detroit Lions, you know you’ll have a great view from any Lambeau Field section and row. I don’t even need to remind you about tailgating, because chances are you’re already in the parking lot staking out your spot and throwing back a few cold ones. I just hope you remember to bring a few extra layers.
